Back handspring class

Wanting to learn a back handspring? Then this class is perfect for you!

The 1 hour class includes skills and drills for round offs, back handsprings, front tumbling, and back tumbling and incorporates stations that are fitness focused to build strength, endurance, agility, balance, and coordination.


                             ALL AGES welcome


Please note: You must be able to do a bridge kickover to join this class.
