Gymnastics has been shown to improve coordination skills by improving accuracy, speed, and smoothness between different muscle groups. Improved coordination is fantastic for balance and posture. This is important whether it be balancing on a beam, sitting at a desk in class, or walking upstairs or along the street. So be part of the fun....we cater for 2 year olds right through to 70 year olds. There is a class for everyone..come along, you are most welcome!
